  • Sheesham Cutting Boards.

First off my computer has been on the fritz lately and I haven't been around much but, I have been cooking. O.K. my wife got these sheesham wood cutting boards and I can't figure out which to use and which to hang on the wall. Anyway they are cool looking cutting boards and I don't want to use either but I'm going to use one. Check them out and tell me what you would do.

I like the left one to use myself.

My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

I'd use them both..AND hang them both on the wall. When one gets cut up..sand it down...oil it..and use it again. But that's just me.

                This

I actually gave up on wood not so long ago and using plastic and/or flex boards. Just so much easier to clean especially with poultry. I also got tired of oiling boards.

So, those are a work or art and would display them and use the stuff that also works in the dishwasher.
