Nice Bear ,Gonna give it a try.Dried beef is rather pricey these days. What kind of slicer you got there ? Hows it working for you.

I forgot the name of our slicer. It's actually my Son's slicer, but we swap it from one end of the driveway to the other. The blade is only about 7", but it cuts Great. I'm pretty sure he got it from Cabelas about 10 years ago.
