  • A Breakfast Fatty and a Reheat

I make these a lot, they are my favorites.

made a fried potato, ham, onion, pepper, cheese filling...

stuffed the sausage with the piston...

bacon wrapped and into the drum...

    made my usual fatty benedict...

The next day I was going to reheat a couple of slices in a skillet but decided to chickenfry them instead..

gave em an egg/milk wash, dipped in flour and fried til brown and crisp...

made gravy with the skillet drippings...

topped a biscuit with chickenfried fatty, drizzled with skillet gravy and called er good.

I really like this way of reheating the slices.

    Thanks for looking!

As Rich said, "I'm outta words Jeanie. I fear I may never be able to comment on your posts again." I'm speechless, we've never thought of filling a fatty with fried potatoes before, but when Craig sees this, Katie bar the door! The eggs benedict, , the chicken fried fatty and gravy, ! To the Moon!!!!!!!

A fella could run out of adjectives in describing your posts. So I'll just go with "sensational" for this particular one. And well deserved if they let me.

Great looking fatty plates there! The chicken fried biscuits and gravy one is going on the men or elk camp! One of my favorites to do is my Loco Moco Fatty, my favorite Hawaiian breakfast!
